The group atmosphere is motivating and fun, and will help you stick to your fitness goals. It obviously doesn’t have to be kickboxing (although I do recommend it, and ilovekickboxing.com has locations all over the USA!); try spinning, dancing, crossfit, etc. There are so many options! In the words of some famous fitness brand: just do it. You won’t regret it. But most importantly, have fun!
